All products sold on this website are intended exclusively for non-clinical laboratory in-vitro investigation by qualified researchers and research institutions. Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices and are strictly not for human or veterinary administration.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed through our secure encrypted checkout system. Payment must be cleared prior to dispatch. Second Watch Research reserves the right to cancel or decline any order suspected of violating our research-use compliance policy.
4. Cold-Chain Shipping & Delivery
All lyophilised materials are sealed and packaged with thermal cold-packs. Shipments are dispatched using expedited courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to transit factors or customs verification.
5. Certificate of Analysis & Quality Guarantee
Every lot is accompanied by an independent third-party Certificate of Analysis confirming molecular identity (MS) and chromatographic purity (HPLC). If you receive damaged or non-conforming materials, notify our support team within 7 days of delivery with your lot number.
